1. Domestic Shipping (Within the UAE)

Cost: AED 20 (Free on orders over AED 200)

Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

For faster delivery, you can opt for express shipping and receive your items within 1-2 business days.
2. GCC Shipping (Within the Gulf Cooperation Council)
- Standard GCC Shipping
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location
We offer fast and secure shipping to all GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Standard International Shipping
Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location
Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in the UAE. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Costs
- UAE Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping for orders over AED 200. A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 200.
- GCC Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
- International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier’s tracking portal. If you experience any issues, please contact us at customerservice@sheenamcqueen.com.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply upon the package’s arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on these charges.
