Track Your Sheena McQueen Order in Real Time
We know you’re excited to receive your Sheena McQueen products, and we want to make it easy for you to keep track of your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your door.
1. How to Track Your Order
- Step 1: Check your email for a shipping confirmation. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s tracking page.
- Step 2: Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the shipping carrier’s website and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your package’s location.
- Step 3: You can also track your order by logging into your Sheena McQueen account. Go to the My Orders section, where you’ll find tracking information for all your recent purchases.
2. Order Status Explanations
- Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. A tracking number will be provided.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is out for delivery and will arrive at your address soon.
- Delivered: Your package has been delivered. If you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors or contact the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Times
- UAE Domestic Shipping: 2-4 business days.
- GCC Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs processes for international orders.
4. Didn’t Receive Your Order?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if you’re experiencing issues with tracking, please follow these steps:
- Check your surroundings: Look around your delivery location (front door, mailbox, etc.) and check with your neighbors.
- Contact the Shipping Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier for further assistance with tracking your package.
